CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation. Buyer may only cancel his/her order prior to the payment of purchase monies thru our accredited payment channels.
2. Return.
2.a. Return Period. Products must be returned within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
2.b. Condition of the Item. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in original packaging. Products that are damaged or are not in their original packaging and without any proof or confirmation of payment and receipt (invoice or official receipt) shall not be eligible for return.
2.c. Non-returnable items. Downloaded PDF or ebooks may not be returned.
2.d. Return Process. Contact our customer service team within [2] days after receiving the product to initiate the return process. You should provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos, if the item is damaged or defective. Our customer service team will then guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. Customers shall be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
3. Refund . Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
